Well there are other things to, some Commoners are used to get unique items and as spies as well by the "goverment" I can understand people will talk to those with respect. I mean I have a commoner that has repaired my unique item once and brought it to me as well. Yes ofcourse my character, even though a king, does talk with respect to the commoner. If only it's because he just likes his service and in such a case my char wouldn't be happy if they'd arrest that adv, because he is to use to him. Though if they are not I think you should treat them like the Commoners they are. Even in the medievel time people played with each other's head, if you can use someone, do it, if you can't. Why try?
