[Discuss] "Strip titles" recommendations

Good idea.  Perhaps the target still officially retains his titles for that 
time,  but is considered suspect.  Actions which are largely anonymous or 
basically amount to ordering commons around would still be allowed.  Anything 
which requires interactions with other nobles would be impossible.  For 
example:

Hold court, transfer food, build/repair/tear down would all be allowed.
Offer/accept oaths,  assign knights to the army,  etc. would not be allowed.

It's been a while since I've been a judge, but doesn't the "kick-out" IC ban 
immediately lock the target out of most activities?  The problem I see is 
that some ruler use "strip titles" as an expedient alternative to asking the 
judge for a ban.

It might make sense for the immunity to last only as long as both the ruler is 
in power and the target remains in the realm.  If the ruler _really_ wants 
the character gone, they can always bribe the bureaucracy.
