[Discuss] On adventurers and their "noble relatives"

Hi.

The ruler of a foreign realm has just admitted to my character that
she is related to a dirty commoner, who was arrested by my character
for being the only suspicious commoner in Colasan after another noble
reported a robbery happening there.

She wrote a letter claiming this adventurer is related to her.  Does
this mean that "her Majesty" is not really of noble blood?
