[Discuss] Morale Drop for Distance From Realm

My men are still travelling to the next region beyond their realm and I get
this message:

"Morale drops considerably for your men who don't understand what they are
fighting for so far away. If you intend fighting here for longer, you might
want to change your unit into a mercenary force in the paperwork section.
Morale of your troops falls 11 points."

Perhaps the penalty has been increased a little too much?
