[Discuss] Rules of BM Need to be Stressed More

As of now I've made it my policy, since in Irombrozia we're trying to  
really enforce correct adressing and all, that I'm allowing people  
about 1 message a day done "improperly" before I'll report it as  
vulgar. If I report somebody as vulgar 7 times in one week in  
Irombrozia (without them having a really good excuse), I'll strip  
them of their nobility.

Nobles talk like nobles, or else they're obviously faking their  
nobility.
