[Discuss] abusing the strip titles option?

The entire purpose of the option is to remove someone from a 
position of power. Why would using it to remove someone from a 
position be a punishable action?

There doesn't seem to be any abuse here. The ruler wanted the 
person out of the position, so he removed him.

His reasons may have been lame or stupid, and he may have 
overreacted. So what? He didn't abuse anything.

The proper way to deal with this is to take it IC and lead a fight 
against the ruler for being an overbearing tyrant and abusing his 
power.
