[Discuss] High Marshal being able to message his Marshals

Dont understand the problem kylie is facing but yes, an option for the
high marshal to send messages to all the marshals of the realm is very
useful.

Previously message groups are used but than, new marshals are
appointed etc etc so the ruler would be quite busy changing membership
in the military message group. When you realm has over 100 person,
picking 3 - 5 names from that list is painful - ok I am lazy.

Again I dont understand kylie's problem ;p of course the PCW is out
performing the older armies. Reason being - they have me XD
