[Discuss] Rules of BM Need to be Stressed More

Hear hear. So long as BM is election based (and at least for the moment, 
it is) then people will not want to act like anal retentive gits who 
insist upon etiquette (i.e., nobles). It's not good politics to piss off 
the people who put you in power.
