[Discuss] Rules of BM Need to be Stressed More

It's the same problem armies face, people do what is most efficient rather
then what is most 'fluffy' or fitting. People are supposed to treat
commoners as though they are benieth them, but if you do that you lose out
on all the advantages they
bring. So people play nice to get what they want. Same with addressing
the higher ups, the king wants to appear a little
approachable so as to win support of the nobility, so they don't
enforce the titles.

If you want people to treat peasants and rulers properly there has to be a
real reason for them to. People used to be okay with questioning nobility,
but since the changes they fight tooth and nail. To make it
so people act properly you have to make a penalty for not saying your
majesty or inviting the peasant to drink.
The problem is how do you do it?
