Not only that, but forcing people into a religion really serves no purpose. They 
won't be active members in the religion. The religion will get no useful benefit 
from having them as members. You'll have people being members of a religion, 
and publically declaring that they are only members because they have to be. 
The forced members won't doinate gold or promote the religion. They won't 
actively work toward church goals.

Then what would happen when they were kicked out of the religion? Would 
they automatically join another one?

All this would end up doing is artificially swelling the membership numbers of 
the dominant religion of the realm. It would not force participation nor increase 
RP. I fail to see any positive benefits of this.
