An interesting Continent idea comes to mind. With it just being one big 
realm, with maybe a couple of smaller realms littered around with only a 
couple regions. As for religion, one designs a Pantheon of Gods these 
people pray to, and then create a religion IG for each of those Gods. 
Instead of just having them all lumped into the same Religion.
