I forgot to write issue #2, my bad.
Many of the religions in place in BM game mechanics would actually
qualify as pagan(ism). Any religion that is based upon Norse
mythology would qualify as paganism, as would any based on Roman
mythology (though I think Norse mythology is more heavily
represented). As would most any animistic religion, and many very
individualized religions (I hear that tribal sectarianism is quite
individualized: every person gets to come up with their own
theological reason to kill their neighbor!)(note I say many
individualized religions, not all individualized religions). If a
religion has a "pantheon" then the, erm, eh, probability, I suppose
one might say, of it being pagan goes up. That's a poor phrasing,
wish I had a better one.
The term "pagan" is very difficult to apply in BM seeing as many "non
pagan" religions are, in fact, based upon paganism.
