Tom, I have to make an urgent request:

Please, please, *please* don't make estates live until the new tax  
system has been in place at *least* two weeks!

There's *no* way most realms are going to be able to get enough  
knights to swear to regions until there's that incentive to do so.   
It's going to be chaos for some time unless people have a *personal*  
incentive to swear to regions.
