[Discuss] Abusing game logic - Starving tens of thousands todeath?!?!

I'm with Gias Kay Lee on this one. This was routinely a medieval warfare 
tactic, used to great effect at no less than the Battle of Antioch during 
the First Crusade. If you didn't have enough guns 'n butter to storm the 
castle, you sat there until they ran out of food and surrendered.
