[Discuss] Realm/Duchy income

  It occurs to me that the best way to ensure that money moves up the
chain would be for regions having to commit a certain % of their
income to their duchy and duchies having to commit a certain % of
income to the realm when they swear similar to the way a lord must
promise a percentage to a knight that swears on.

  (Maybe even set a minimum percentage, to prevent people from
completely skipping the system, or just give the king/duke/banker the
power to change it at certain points; set the default at something
like 30%, perhaps; maybe even higher)

  Not only would this create a guarantee that Duke and Kings cold pay
knights, but it would have the side benefit of neighboring realms
being able to more actively compete for the loyalty of region lords-
offering a better tax rate to switch sides.
