[Discuss] Arrested infiltrator abuse?

Recently it was changed so that when infiltrators are arrested it takes 
a few days before you can buy your way out with family gold because 
people were abusing it and it became a click war between the judge and 
the person.  However, now it seems like a judge keeps infiltrators in 
prison for the longest that they can and then shortly before the end of 
the last turn before they could buy their way out they are banned and 
let go so that they can't do anything against the realm for a few days.  
This seems like a reverse abuse to me.  The time was only granted to 
make the game less light weight and is now being used so that the 
infiltrator (in most cases) has to spend a few days in prison (if the 
person could buy their way out I am sure the judge would simply steal 
the money and then let them rot in there for a few days still).
