[Discuss] on arresting priests

There is definite risk in arresting a priest, as long as he's in a  
region with a significant amount of his followers.  You can lose your  
whole unit if you're not lucky, not to mention not actually catching  
the priest.

And...ah...the penalty for arresting adventurers is, as I recall, a  
small risk of losing one or two points of honour.  That's not worth  
even mentioning in my opinion.

Furthermore, to address zmobiebob's comments, being a respected  
member of a religion means *absolutely nothing* when that religion is  
not *your* religion.  And since it's entirely possible to have two  
religions that hate each other represented in a single realm, it  
makes perfect sense to be able to arrest priests of your own realm in  
your own realm.

And finally, it doesn't particularly seem to be discouraging religion  
to me.  Plenty of people on BT and Atamara (the two continents where  
I have any interaction with religion) have joined religions and  
become priests.
