I think the key there is that you did it on Beluaterra.  You know as  
well as anyone how many secessions there have been on Beluaterra over  
the past months.

Frankly, Beluaterra has seemed to me to have the best RP, on a macro  
scale, of any continent lately.  I don't mean having a story, or  
writing lots of narrative--I mean acting like (it seems) the  
characters *should* act, given the milieu.  This seems to me to be  
another symptom of that.
