[Discuss] breakage of stable

It looks a little bit strange at the moment, because all regions became
imperial. Also all Knights are now unaligned even when everybody has still
the same title as before (so there are still all the Knights around when you
look on the titles next to their names, but when you look under realm
hierarchy they are unaligned).

As it seems possible for our regionlords to became knights of the Duchy, it
seems they are also not really lords, or not within the new system.
If this is similar in other realms, what I think by looking at the region
list from others, it sounds like:

- all duchies are currently without regions except for their city
- all oaths are cancelled but not completely. Either the lords are lords
after the old system and only knights in the new (giving them the option to
become Knights of the Duchy) or it's meant to be both at once. 
- the knights have still their titles and so I wonder where this comes from?
