I think your point A is a good idea (though I'm not quite sure how to  
make it work), but I'm not sure about the others: that is, I'm not  
sure that reducing the power of priests will really help.

However, I'll readily admit that I'm not sure what *would* help,  
unless Tom were to reconsider the formation of a Roleplay Council,  
with enforcement mechanisms, that could ensure that religion was used  
as it was meant to be used (ie, as a religion, not as another tool of  
realms).

I honestly believe that the way religion is being misused is bad for  
the game as a whole--as bad as some abuses punishable by the Titans.
