[Discuss] Game manual

I just noticed, as I was checking for the passage in the manual about 
ordering characters out of the bureau class, that the Game manual has 
changed to the wiki.  Upon review, I notice a few "red" links namely the 
"The Menu Panel", "Information", and "Paperwork" links.  I do not wish 
to tread on toes, and if someone is working on it, great!  If no one is 
working on it, I would be more than happy to put something in there to 
be reviewed by the community at large and adjusted.  I did have a fairly 
competent mentor character for over a year, so I do feel qualified to 
supply the info, but may need some assistance in the final polish.  
Along the same lines, I read the "Messages" link and was trying to 
figure out what game it was referring to.  Of course, I "figured it 
out", having been around for 2 years now(whoop whoop! :P), but it seems 
kind of misplaced given the style and context of the rest of the 
manual.  I was thinking a description of the different types of  
messages (i.e. the different colors, and when personal messages or 
events occur) would be more appropriate instead of one detailing 
character IDs (which to be honest I have never really paid attention 
to).  Again, not trying to step on any toesies, just trying to offer my 
assistance in a way I think may be beneficial to new players.
