[Discuss] Food vanishing on harvest day

Why do I (banker) always loose food at the harvest day?
Look at this, the amount of food stored in two of our cities on the day 
before harvest:

City 1:
prod. = 84
cons. = 364
store = 1231

City 2:
prod. = 98
cons. = 294
store = 1661


And now on the harvest day:

City 1:
prod. = 84
cons. = 364
store = 897 (difference: -334)

City 2:
prod. = 84
cons. = 294
store = 1226 (difference: -435)


Maybe the first values are two days instead of one day before harvest, I 
am not sure. But even if there are two days in between, the amount of 
food missing is too much. Last week I though an infil has stolen our 
food, but it is not very likely that this happens every week, on the 
same day (harvest) and in all cities.

Has anyone an explanation for me? Some payment I am not aware of? Food 
rotting silently and without a message? Or maybe even a bug? I am really 
stuck.
