[Discuss] Duels Adventurer vs. Noble

I have to agree with Tom on this one. Nobles just didn't duel commoners. 
There was absolutely nothing to gain and everything to lose, and it'd be 
embarassing either way.

I think some people don't understand exactly how little regard nobles should 
have for any single adventurer, no matter how useful. I've treated them 
fairly harshly ICly, and sometimes I feel like I'm in the minority because 
they can be 'useful.'

We have a duty to our characters (and their bias) as well as the game, and 
even the lowliest baron of the most backwater region wouldn't be caught dead 
dueling anyone that far below his station.
