Dwilight will easily get 800 chars, I reckon. Atamara has over 1K and Ec 
isn't exactly small... and i imagine the other islands will also jhave 
people going... so we're already massively overcrwoded.

Not that I want to sto people joining BM but there's a heck of a lot of 
people *already* here. Tax shares on Atamara are almost half of what they 
used to be a year ago.
