Does that include attacking realms with which they are at peace?

Scenario:
Realm A & B federated
Realm C at peace with A, neutral to B
Realm D region defender/owner, at war with A & B, allied with C.

Realm D defends, allies help, so we get C & D defending.
Now, Realm B attacks.
Does Realm A attack due to their federated ally attacking and
therefore attack Realm A with whom they are at peace?

Or do they stay out because they won't attack a realm with which they
are at peace?
