Well, I'm sorry, but unless you are really going to remove the  
feature and replace it with a Buy Claim one (like I suggested and you  
already said you were going to), we *need* to have that question  
answered, in light of your recent ruling.  You know why?

Because Karl Greenley is quite certain that your pronouncement means  
that, if an election is required for the person to be legitimate,  
buying the title means that there *was* an election, and all our  
characters *remember* it, and we have to retcon it into the RP that  
has been done so far.

And Vinnie is just as certain that your announcement only means that  
the documents produced cannot be told apart from the real thing, but  
it is still possible to suspect that they *were* forged.

Personally, I think it's somewhere in the middle--but we *need* to  
know if it *is*, in fact, one of these extremes, because if it is and  
you don't tell us, *someone* is going to get lightning bolted just  
because you didn't even want to give a general guideline for fear of  
rules lawyers.

Tom, we just want to understand what the heck you mean.  Give us  
something to work with here.
