Apologies: bad word choice. Feel free to substitute "title" for
"claim".

Do you remember voting against him?
Do you remember, in fact, there being a vote at all?

Given the way the nobility generally seem to work, wouldn't it be
reasonable, if 75% of them would all speak up and say, "I didn't vote
for you", to be able to boot him, whether or not they had, in fact,
recently voted for him?

And if the previous lord stepped down only two days ago, and the guy
only joined the *realm* one day ago?
