Exactly people end up admitting it because harass and slander them (in
and out of character) until they do. The player knows there is no other
way, so the character does not give up until he reaches that end.
People who tell you they can buy a title are, imho, also doing very very
bad role play. Why in the world would a noble ever say such a thing?
Even trying to be helpful to take over a region. I can think of an
example right now where the person admitted to buying the title (you
know who I'm talking about) and the rest of the realm has no respect for
him, rightfully so. What I don't understand is why he wasn't
immediately banned on the spot (and I would hope that Tom would allow
"bought the title" to be in that ban without any consequences).
