Actually, I was thinking that you should end up with several  
claimants before too very long.  The more (and stronger) the claims  
that exist, the less likely it should be that more appear--but there  
should be, after a few months at most, between 2 and 4 claims for at  
least half the regions, of varying strengths.

It'll make things more interesting that way :-)
