Role play police would be very hard.  They're are not the same as the 
titans and they would have to have access to all messages to put the 
stuff in context.  It is not the same as the titans where you can pick 
one message that is abuse and send it to them.  Perhaps it could be done 
like a combination of the discussion list and titan system where you 
have a number of moderators to lessen the workload but require three 
people to vote on each issue.
