You yourself, Tom, lack of medals are not a measure of if a person is 
trustworthy or not, so why would you make it that role play medals are a 
measure of how good someone role plays?  I assume that a lot of these go 
to people who do long role plays that people like, but not everyone role 
plays like that.  I myself do not like doing long role plays, that 
doesn't mean I don't stay in character.
