I like the idea of roleplaying police, personally...
But the problem with the buy title issue is that our CHARACTERS (or, at
least the ones "in the know" who will proceed to inform the rest of
everyone) know that there is one and only one way that person could have
grabbed the title without being appointed by someone. Someone before
suggested converting it to having a claim on the region, which makes a
great deal more sense, especially if we get random claims popping up as
well (especially in, say, the region with your family mansion, or that
you've been a Knight in).
We know OOC it's forged. But is it really unreasonable to assume our
characters aren't idiots, and recognize the facts of the matter?
