[Discuss] Small Realms

Here's something funny I'd like to share, get your input on, and invite 
you to share with your buddies in-game:


Lots of the recent complaints are that small realms are at a disadvantage.

And yet, the code favours them.There are many places in the code where 
region loyality is better in smaller realms and worse in large realms. 
Distance from capital isn't a factor in small realms. There is code that 
explicitly makes higher taxes easier for small realms. The code gives 
them quite a few breaks.

And yet...


I'm really lost there. Are these people who are complaining really 
expecting the game to be even independent of realm size? I have no idea 
where this impression can come from. Do people misjudge size factors so 
much?
