*  Whenever a link contains an ellipsis ("..."), this means there is
another page before an action is actually done. For example: "Loot..."
means that you will have to select some looting options first, before
actually doing the looting.
* Links without ellipses usually trigger an immediate action. Example:
"Visit your family" takes you right there, hours get subtracted and
everything.

How does this apply to the Disbanding Militia option?
