Of course you lost the overview at some time, but that is/was not the
problem. More troublesome was that some spread false information that was
easier to believe than the truth. But that's not the fault of the GM in
prior, the Chars have build up this mess ;) It would have helped of course
to sent out news concerning the invastion that each one can review and
validate his knowledge with, but that would have also turned down fun as
misleading some realms while destroying some others wouldn't have been so
easy.
