1) going where the banker tells you to go,
2) buying a prearranged amount of food for a prearranged price, and
3) bringing it back to your own realm.

Do we really need a dedicated character or two to do that? It's reminiscent of 
the "UPS" duty Tom was talking about in the transferring paraphernalia thread.
