[Discuss] Honor/Prestige

I think majority of rulers/Dukes dont base their appointments for
honor/prestige, they base their appointments how "usefull" or loyal said
character is, usefull i mean if that said char will boost/secure his/her
power he will appoint him.

honor/prestige is quite "nice" stat, when you meet unknown noble, you can
check out his honor/prestige=asking for local peasants or heralds what kind
of man he is.

I'm not sure if i understand your point here, or mayby i just havent bumbed
on king/Duke who chooses appointments based on honor / prestige.
