[Discuss] New class idea

While 'artist' as a profession might not be a suitable role for a
noble, 'patronise the arts' would be a suitable action.

It would be nice as an addition to either estates, or as another way
of generating unique items if a noble could commission (for a huge ton
of gold) a tapestry, vaulted ceiling, portrait or sculpture to adorn
their estates / family homes.
