[Discuss] Global Treasury

As I do not have a religious type character in the testing islands, nor 
am I sure it's even implemented... I have to ask, where do/will the 
membership fees go? Straight to the Global treasury? Reason I am asking 
is... well.. are temples meant to be self sufficient in their upkeep? 
eg. a certain lvl temple is meant be able to support a certain number of 
followers... so assuming the region has that number of followers (let's 
say a bit over that) should that temple be at worse breaking even? - no 
guards or shrines! because it doesn't look like it at the moment.

I suppose you can have the priests take a "wage" (so.. sort of taking 
money from the global treasury) and spend their time as upkeep mules 
once in a while (technically.. they take the wage, dump it in any 
temple... and get someone to lug it over to the temple needed)

I know you can up the peasant follower to get more gold.. or get nobles 
to contribute.. just looking at alternatives.
