[Discuss] Militia Tax Bug

Tom said the following when changing the militia tax bug to resolved: 
"Another report details this. It's fixed already, except that you will still 
see its effects from the past."

Does that mean it just looks like you're going to get charged 500+ gold, or 
that you will get charged 500+ gold but only for this last run of taxes?
