Yes, I am going to write it (as said earlier).

I don't believe the Wiki is good for it, though. The wiki contains a
lot good information, good roleplay and good ideas, but one thing our
Wiki doesn't have is strict facts.

When I talk about a manual, I mean facts and things that are either
directly confirmed by Tom or things that are just generally known. And
to write a manual would require Tom to announce when he changes
something.
