Exile: can't recruit, can't access some region command options, can't use
banks. If for example you have a rebellious banker, you don't want him to
take all the money, send it to a cronie and have them overthrow you.
Stripping title: strip the title of the duke of the capital (and probably
the general too), appoint a goon instead and the the rebels probably have to
fight agaiinst the militia as well as the loyalists. Plus it hammers
everyones honour.
War taking less taxes: in peacetime, you can run a higher tax rate with less
problems. Proved that in GLoL.
