*shrugs* true enough for the war bit, but war makes the peassants take less 
taxes, and in a realm where you're building everything from the ground up, 
you need all the gold you can get. Exiling people does quite a bit actually, 
I remember when Dark Moon was exiled in RoF, and trhe stripping titles thing 
can do *massive* damage (not to mention defeat most hopes for a rebellion 
succeeding).
