If you have built up a large estate somewhere, and a big army somewhere, 
do you lose it all when you move to a different realm/island?

I think I have seen that troops turn to militia if you change islands, 
and are left behind.  Does the same happen if you change realms?  And 
what happens to your estate - do you get a new one in the new place, and 
if so, does it go back to being the smallest possible size?

Anything else lost when you move?  Gold?
