what rank is that elder at? - numericalwise that is.. the founder is 1.
if the founder only set an elder rank at 9 (before deleting), does that
mean the new head will be stuck at 9 and unable to add more elder ranks?
or immediately boosted to rank 2?

who has access to the global treasury? where is it? (biggest temple?
oldest temple? founder only?)
