Are you talking just Bel?  Lasanar and Svunnetland are both having 
problems.  Both are close to having regions revolt (Svunnetland was 
helped by being so small).  I only have a character in OG in Bel, so I 
can't say if it effects anymore there.  I must say OG's problems seem 
much more severe though, and things seem to be going better in 
Svunnetland and Lasanar.  Though, before Tom's boost to morale for his 
bday, two regions in Svunnetland had below 70 morale, 1 in the mid 70s, 
two have been province recently (with one having already revolted), 
loyalty and production in some regions seem to be dropping.

Granted I am duke of the capital, I have a much higher tax in Lasanar, 
which is bigger, than in Svunnetland, which is a lot smaller, we 
constantly get "your neighbors lower taxes make people happy" messages 
in Lasanar, and the opposite in Svunnetland.
