Huh?
I may be misunderstanding you here, but I thought one of the main
points of the new duchy-based oath system was that you *did* know
*exactly* which regions would follow a secession: the regions of that
duchy, no more, no less. So unless you see some way of having part
of a duchy in one realm, and part in another, I don't see how a
secession can take regions from a neighbouring realm...
