I didn't mean an army with control can recruit from the RC... You only get to put 20
mad-looking, mace-wielding grunts in front of their gates and get them to smash up
anyone who comes to close. RC are Closed.

As for the wall, that's the all point, it create a new option and all new way of playing
strategicly. But I agree, it shall be hard to maintaint for a while...
