[Discuss] Advy Taxes!?

This whole tax thing has me stumped. I have an adventurer in Ethiala
and spent most of his time in Lasanar. The first time he went back to
Ethialan lands he was taxed 1 gold. He has stayed in Ethiala for 2
weeks now and hasn't been taxed again... I talked to the Banker who
told me 6 days ago that taxes were to be collected in 3 days. He has
consistently had about 3 gold with him...
