[Discuss] IC Ban Didn't Work: Permissible to OOC Ban?

I disagree with that... there was a person in the realm I'm in who was 
banned, went rogue because of the bug was still in the realm, mentioned 
to the realm that it must have been a bug, didn't move at all, was 
banned again, allowed the ban to take effect, still didn't move or 
attempt to leave the realm, the bug was fixed and then was banned 
again.  Moved a total of one region (further into the realm, to avoid 
battles as we're at war), and that was a week after admitting he was 
still in the realm due to a bug.  If you know it's a bug I think you 
should be obligated to move out of the realm or you are knowingly 
abusing a bug for whatever reason (it was thought he was spying on us).  
If you are newer to the game and don't know what's going on, it's a 
different story.  But if you say you know what's going on there is no 
doubt you are abusing the bug and I think you should be ooc banned.
